Why does a cow have four nursies?

Yesterday Maggie and I were in the car and she said, "Mama, why do cows have one...two...three...four nursies?" (She meant a cow's udder.) I said, "I think maybe it's because sometimes they have more than one baby cow and if they have more nursies then they can nurse more baby cows." She said, "Cows have four nursies. That is just unbelievable." Later that night I was telling Erin about this conversation and Maggie interrupted and said, "I'm SERIOUS. It's UN-BE-LIEVABLE."

Two nights ago I made salmon for dinner and when Maggie saw it she said, "Pink fish? Awesome."

Here are some photos from the Greek Festival back in September. There were llamas, donkeys, a HUGE pig, a calf, a pony, and a goat. I'm not sure if they were Greek animals or not :)

She is so funny. It is pretty awesome that salmon is pink, though.

I'm glad you're writing all of this down. You will never want to forget all of the things she says. It's soooo precious.
